Answer a few questions about your school and we lay out the planetarium day for you, whole classes kept together wherever they fit.
You give us your school's information and the planner arranges the groups and times for your visit. It keeps whole classes together where it can, and it tells you straight away when something will not fit.
It takes about five minutes.
Tell us when your students can come to the dome and we will fit the day inside that window.
Give us the window your students are available, not the bell times. We arrive 30 minutes before the first session and are packed out 30 minutes after the last, outside this window.
We build the day out of whole classes, so we need to know how your students are grouped.
That adds up to .
For example, a special education classroom or another group that should attend on its own.
They get a session to themselves, anywhere in the day you want it.
We keep the dome closed while your students are moving to and from the cafeteria, so nobody is caught in between.
No sessions run during that window.
Check these over. Change anything that is not right, then build the day.
Every row is a group and a time. Use Change on a row to rename it, move it earlier or later, set a required start time, or take it out.
The email carries the schedule as plain text plus a link that reopens it with everything filled in, so changes later are a two minute job instead of starting over.
Optional. Separate more than one address with a comma.
We will read it over and tell you if anything looks tight, like a group that will not make it back from lunch in time. You do not have to send it to us to use this.

Our dome seats up to about 50 students per session. When possible, we avoid splitting classes and splitting grades. Sessions run 30 minutes with 10 minutes between groups, but if the day is tight we close that gap to 5 minutes first, then trim session length one session at a time, and only as a last resort divide a class between two sessions.
This clears your answers and schedule from this device. You can copy or send it first.
