What we collect

When you fill out our inquiry form, we collect what you type in: your name, email, phone number, organization, city, and the details of the visit you have in mind. We use it for one thing — responding to your inquiry and, if you book, running your event. We don’t sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside Galaxy on the Go.

Email

If you email us at hello@galaxyonthego.com, we keep the correspondence like any small business does. We only send you email about your own inquiry or booking.

Unfinished forms

If you start a form on this site and leave without submitting it, we may still receive what you had typed, usually a name and an email address. We keep it so we can follow up and answer the question you did not get to ask. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell or share it.

If you would rather we did not keep it, email hello@galaxyonthego.com and we will delete it.

Availability finder

When you check a date in our availability finder, we record the date you checked so we can see which dates are in demand. That search is not connected to you unless you also enter your contact information on the form.

Analytics and cookies

Like most websites, we use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and the Meta pixel) to understand how visitors find and use the site — pages visited, rough location, and how you got here. These tools may set cookies in your browser. None of it identifies you personally to us, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Photos and video

Photos or video from events are only used in our marketing with the host organization’s permission.
